Shipping
Most of the orders are shipped within 24 hours of purchase from our Los Angeles warehouse. Once your order is shipped, we estimate you will receive your order within 3-5 business days of its ship date.
Expedited shipping option is available within the continental U.S.
Any shipping costs are nonrefundable.
We do not ship on the weekend or U.S. holidays.

International shipping 10 - $35
For international shipments, taxes and duties are not included and are the responsibility of the customer. You will have to pay these fees separately when your order arrives. Duties and taxes are nonrefundable. For more information, please contact your local customs office.
Return
It can happen. May be you are not happy with the product or may be you changed your mind. Good news is, you can return the product within 14 days of receiving. AKI & AIKO will give full refund (excluding the return cost) for the product that has not been worn, washed, or altered and with tags still attached.

Please save the Return Tracking Number to ensure return delivery. We can’t be responsible for return product lost en route. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase within 30 days of our receiving the returned order.
Exchange
For exchanges simply return the product and buy something that feels right.
Cancel
It takes anywhere from 1-3 days to process your order. Most orders are processed the same day. If you decide to cancel your order email us immediately at help@akiandaiko.com. Order can not be cancel ones it is processed.
Damaged or Defective
We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of all of it’s products. If you believe you received a damaged or defective product please contact us at help@akiandaiko.com, and we shall arrange to send you a new product immediately.
Gifts
At this time we do not process exchanges on gift orders. Any credit for items returned from a gift order, will be issued to the original purchaser. Please email at help@akiandaiko.com for assistance.

We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Pay pal and Apple pay.
Sales Tax
US shipments sent outside the state of Colorado pay no sales tax. Colorado shipments pay sales tax at time of checkout.
